First Fix Carpentry on Extensions
Once the shell is up, our first fix team handles all the structural carpentry: floor joists, stud walls, roof timbers, and openings for windows and doors. We work to your builder's programme and ensure everything is square, plumb, and ready for plasterboard.
Second Fix Joinery & Finishing
After plastering, we return to hang internal doors, fit skirting, architrave, and any decorative panelling. Where the extension creates a new kitchen or utility, we install fitted units, worktops, and storage. Every detail is finished to a high standard.
Doors, Windows, Flooring & Kitchens
Most extensions create new openings to the garden: bifolds, sliding doors, or French doors. We fit these alongside any internal door changes, lay new flooring (engineered wood, herringbone, or laminate), and complete the space with fitted joinery so your extension is ready to live in.
